Management of Substances Hazardous to Health Notice of Approval of a Statement of Preferred Work Practices Under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 Pursuant to section 20 (3) of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, whereas subsections (3) (a) and (3) (b) of section 20 of that Act have been fulfilled and complied with, the Minister of Labour hereby gives notice that he approves a statement of preferred work practices or arrangements for health and safety in the management of substances hazardous to health under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992. These preferred work practices or arrangements are designed to describe the general health and safety provisions for the management of substances hazardous to health and for the protection of employees and others from exposure to these substances.
