Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On 21 July 1997, at the District Court at Tauranga, Jack Louis Setter of 140 15th Avenue, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 5 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 27 April 1997, following his conviction on 21 July 1997, for the offences of driving with excess breath alcohol concentration and driving whilst disqualified. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge A. E. Gaskell has ordered that a Toyota Corona motor vehicle, registered No. OC 4476 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Jack Louis Setter, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
