Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On 21 July 1997, at the District Court at Tauranga, Peter Gerard Keenan of 3 Mahina Place, Mount Maunganui, was convicted and sentenced to 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence indefinitely, pursuant to section 30a of the Transport Act 1965, following his conviction on 21 July 1997, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol concentration. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge A. E. Gaskell has ordered that a Hyundai motor vehicle, registered No. LR 2425 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Peter Gerard Keenan, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
