Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On 21 July 1997, at the District Court at Tauranga, Lyall Alexander Campbell of 688 Papamoa Beach Road, Papamoa, was convicted and sentenced to 2 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence indefinitely, pursuant to section 30a of the Transport Act 1965, following his conviction on 21 July 1997, for the offences of driving with excess breath alcohol concentration and driving whilst disqualified having been previously convicted of driving whilst disqualified. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge A. E. Gaskell has ordered that a Triumph motor vehicle, registered No. GP 9717 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Lyall Alexander Campbell, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
