Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On 14 July 1997, at the District Court at Tauranga, Dean Gable Rata Hika of 25 Haukore Street, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 2 years from 14 July 1997, following his conviction on 14 July 1997 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol concentration. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a Mitsubishi Mirage motor vehicle, registered No. JF 1382 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Dean Gable Rata Hika, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
