Cheviot County No Longer Designated Rural Meat Area (Notice No. 1049) Pursuant to section 2 (3) of the Meat Act 1981, I hereby declare the rural meat area gazetted in the notice entitled ``Meat Industry Authority (Notice No. 35, M.I.A. 3/8/2), Declaring Rural Meat Areas'' in the New Zealand Gazette of Thursday, 8 October 1981, No. 117, at page 2799) as the ``Cheviot County Council County of Cheviot as from time to time constituted'' to be no longer designated a rural meat area.
