Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On 28 April 1997 at the District Court at Tauranga, Laura Kim Munro of 221 Snodgrass Road, Te Puna, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 4 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 30 September 1997, following her conviction on 28 April 1997 for an offence of driving whilst disqualified having been previously convicted of driving whilst disqualified. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a Holden Commodore motor vehicle, registered No. MY 5443, owned by the above-mentioned defendant Laura Kim Munro, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
