Notice of Variation of an International Air Service Licence Further to a notice in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 January 1997, and pursuant to section 87j (6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, dated 27 August 1996, and a sub-delegation from the Secretary for Transport, dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that, having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied, with effect from 1 April 1997, the international air service licence issued to Air New Zealand to permit the airline to operate, in respect of services beyond Australia, up to the equivalent of 12 B747 services per week.
