Notice of Granting an Open Aviation Market Licence Pursuant to section 87u (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that, having received an application from Asian Express Airlines Pty Limited of Melbourne, Australia, I have granted that airline an open aviation market licence to carry on services between points in New Zealand and points in Australia.
