Notice of Variation of an International Air Service Licence Pursuant to section 87q (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that, having received an application from Royal Tongan Airlines of Nuku'alofa, Tonga, I have varied the International Air Service Licence held by that airline to provide for it to operate scheduled air services over the routeing ``Tonga, optionally via Niue, to Auckland and optionally beyond to Sydney'', with effect from 27 March 1997.
