Order for Restoration of Name to the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors M. No. 390/96 In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1982. Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of November 1995, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows: 1. That the name of the applicant Russell Lenard Hamilton Green be restored to the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand. 2. That the order for restoration of the name of the applicant to the roll be subject to the following conditions: a. that the applicant shall not practise as a solicitor on his own account, whether in partnership or otherwise, until authorised by the tribunal to do so; and b. the applicant having consented thereto, that the applicant shall not practise as an employee of a legal firm without obtaining the prior consent in writing of the Auckland District Law Society. 3. That the applicant pay the following costs: a. to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $1,496.00 in respect of the costs and expenses of the incidental to the consideration of the application by this tribunal; b. to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $2,127.83 in respect of its costs in opposing the application; and c. to the Auckland District Law Society, the sum of $1,992.00 in respect of its costs in opposing the application.
