Notice of Variation of an International Air Service Licence Further to a notice in the New Zealand Gazette of 12 December 1996, and pursuant to section 87j (6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41 of the State Services Act 1988 and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that, having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied, with effect from 10 February 1997, the international air service licence held by that airline to include Chicago and San Francisco among the points it may serve in the United States of America.
