Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income Under Mortgage Pursuant to Part VIIa of the Property Law Act 1952 The New Zealand Guardian Trustee Company Limited being the mortgagee (``the mortgagee'') under mortgage dated the 9th day of August 1990, No. B. 129981.3 (Wellington Registry) (``the mortgage'') given by Oriental Chambers (Wellington) Limited over the property at 2123 Cambridge Terrace, Wellington, hereby gives notice that on this 1st day of May 1997 in exercise of the powers conferred by law and under the mortgage, appointed Richard Grant Simpson and Ronald Walton, chartered accountants, jointly and severally, both of Wellington, to be the receivers of the income of the property charged by the mortgage. The offices of the receivers are at Spicer & Oppenheim, Chartered Accountants, Third Floor, CMC Building, 89 Courtenay Place (P.O. Box 6549, Te Aro), Wellington.
