Pro Digital Imaging Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Intended Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned joint liquidators of Pro Digital Imaging Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at BDO Hogg Young Cathie, Level Six, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies, the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.
