Snowy Range Logging Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Snowy Range Logging Limited (in liquidation) which has its registered office at 1117 Church Street, Wellington. The removal is by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act''), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act, namely the liquidators' final report and accounts, have been sent to the Registrar of Companies.
