J R & G Gardner Properties Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 I, Garth Norman Snell, liquidator of J R & G Gardner Properties Limited, whose registered office is situated at 237 Moorhouse Avenue, Christchurch, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, and having filed with the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) and (b), that the liquidation is now completed and it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register. Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Christchurch by the 31st day of December 1997, the Registrar may remove this company from the Register.
