B D & L C Jack Limited (``the company'') AK. 518602 Notice of Intention to Remove the Above Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 I, Brian Donald Jack, being a member authorised by special resolution of B D & L C Jack Limited, whose registered office is situated at Main Road, Tamaterau, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, that since the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act (being grounds for removal contained in section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Act), it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register. Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 28 days after the publication of this notice.
