Notice is hereby given that Taycal Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Deloitte House, 61 Molesworth Street, Wellington, has applied to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, pursuant to the provisions of section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be removed from the Register on the grounds specified in section 318 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, namely that Taycal Holdings Limited has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
