Double Deck Corporation Limited (in liquidation) (trading as Barney's Bar and Grill) Notice of Intention to Remove Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register, Double Deck Corporation Limited (in liquidation) (``the company''), which has its registered office at Wellington by request under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (``the Act'') on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the liquidators have filed their final report with the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 257 of the Act.
