MJ Enterprises Limited (in liquidation) and Sovereign Homes Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register the above-named companies (``the companies''), which have their registered offices at Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act''), on the grounds that the liquidations have been completed and the liquidators have filed their final reports with the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 231 of the Act.
