Take notice that the final report and statement of realisation and distribution in respect of the liquidation of the above-named company has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies. All known assets have been realised or distributed without realisation and the proceeds of the assets realised have been distributed. The company is now ready to be removed from the Company Register. The removal is to be made under section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed.
