Fish Holdings Limited Notice of Intention to Request the Registrar of Companies at Wellington to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 293 (1) (d) (ii) and Section 293 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is hereby given that Fish Holdings Limited has applied to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, pursuant to the provisions of section 293 (1) (d) (ii) of the Act, that the company be removed from the Register on the grounds specified in section 293 (2) (a) of the Act, namely that Fish Holdings Limited has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of association. Notice is further given that the Registrar may remove the company from the Register, unless there is delivered to the Registrar an objection to the removal on the grounds specified in section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, such notice to be lodged with the office of the Registrar of Companies at Wellington no later than the 26th day of May 1997.
