In Bankruptcy Stanley John Green The following order was made in the High Court at Auckland on the 8th day of April 1997: 1. That Stanley John Green (``the bankrupt'') is conditionally discharged from his bankruptcy. 2. That, pursuant to section 111 of the Insolvency Act 1967, the bankrupt is prohibited, for a period of 2 years after his discharge from bankruptcy, from: (i) Entering into or carrying on any business or class of business either alone or in partnership with any person; (ii) Being engaged in the management or control of any business carried on by or on behalf of, or being in the employ of, any of the following persons, namely his wife, a lineal ancestor or descendant of his, the wife or husband of such an ancestor or descendant, a brother of his, the wife of such a brother, a sister of his, and the husband of such a sister; or any company controlled by such relative; and (iii) Acting as a director, or taking part directly or indirectly in the management of any company or being concerned in the management of any company or class of company. 3.
