Summary of Exemptions Granted by the Director of Civil Aviation Pursuant to section 37 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of a summary of exemptions, set out in the Schedule hereto, granted by the Director of Civil Aviation. Schedule Nature of exemptions granted: Docket 98/EXE/12, to Garden City Helicopters Limited on 19 November 1997. Exempt from the requirement of Civil Aviation Rule 21.191 (a) (2) (ii) for the grant of a standard category airworthiness certificate for an imported Kawasaki BK 117 helicopter, serial number 1018 to provide the director with evidence that a statement of conformity has been issued by, or in accordance with the rules of the airworthiness authority of the exporting country. Docket 98/EXE/64, on 21 November 1998 to Miller Helicopter Services Limited, being the holder of the certificate of registration for the Hughes 300 helicopter, ZK-HLT. Exempt from the requirement in Civil Aviation Rules 47.101 (a) that each aircraft bear a registration mark in the manner, and in accordance with, the specifications in 47.109 to 47.119.
