Notification of Ordinary Rules Pursuant to section 34 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of the ordinary rules, set out in the Schedule hereto, which shall come into force as stated in the Schedule. Schedule Civil Aviation Rules Part 61: Pilot Licences and Ratings, Amendment 3 which shall come into force on 4 December 1997.
