Notification of Amendment to Material Incorporated by Reference Pursuant to section 32 (2a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Kevin William Ward, Director of Civil Aviation, hereby give notice that the Technical Instructions, which is material that has been incorporated by reference into the Civil Aviation Rules, will be amended by including in it Addendum dated 11 August 1997 to the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air (Doc 9284AN/905; 1997-1998) and that this amendment shall take effect from 4 September 1997.
