Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976 Pursuant to regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, John Andrew Justice, Senior Engineer, hereby exempt Suzuki SC 100 CX-G motorcars from the requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976 listed in Schedule 1 of this notice, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 2. Schedule 1 Exempted Requirements Regulation 78a (a) relating to front seat belts Schedule 2 Conditions (i) This exemption applies only to Suzuki SC 100 CX-G motorcars first registered before 1 January 1991; (ii) Approved static three point lap and diagonal seat belts must be fitted in the front sitting positions; (iii) The seat belts must be in good condition and must not be modified in any way; (iv) This exemption may be revoked at any time.
