Wellesley Holdings Limited Notice of Appointment of Receiver Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Group Finance Limited, with reference to Wellesley Holdings Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 13th day of June 1997, they appointed Paul Duncan Thomas, chartered accountant of Tauranga, whose office is at the office of Thomas & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Harrington House, Harrington Street, Tauranga, as receiver of the property of the company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 19th day of September 1996. The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, both present and future, including its unpaid calls and its uncalled and unpaid capital.
