Kahurangi Holdings Limited Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 John Kenneth Slavich and Carlos Manuel da Silva, chartered accountants, whose office is at BDO Hogg Young Cathie, corner of Anglesea and Rostrevor Streets, Hamilton, hereby give notice that on the 12th day of May 1997, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Kahurangi Holdings Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 27th day of June1995.
