Kahukura Holdings Limited Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 John Kenneth Slavich and Carlos Manuel da Silva, chartered accountants, whose office is at BDO Hogg Young Cathie, corner of Anglesea and Rostrevor Streets, Hamilton, hereby give notice that on the 12th day of May 1997, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Kahukura Holdings Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 13th day of October 1994. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future.
