Harvest Haven Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant of Wellington and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Harvest Haven Limited (in receivership). The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of August 1997.
