Edithom Limited Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim The Companies Act 1955 On the 30th day of June 1997, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that Edithom Limited be liquidated and that P. W. Young of KPMG, Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of June 1997. The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts. Pursuant to section 213 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
