IEI (New Zealand) Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, associate director of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of IEI (New Zealand) Limited. The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of July 1997.
