Notice of Intention to Apply for Leave to Introduce a Private Bill in the House of Representatives Take notice that the ST. PETER'S SCHOOL TRUST BOARD, a board incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, gives notice that it intends to apply for leave to introduce in the House of Representatives, a Private Bill under the short title of ``St. Peter's School Trust Board Amendment Act 1996''. The objects of the Bill are: (a) To amend the St. Peter's School Trust Board Act 1985, by replacing the position of ``headmaster'', with the position of ``principal''. (b) To enable the St. Peter's School Trust Board to appoint either a man or a woman to the position of principal of St. Peter's School. (c) To enable the St. Peter's School Trust Board, in appropriate cases, to appoint to the position of principal of St. Peter's School a person who is not a member of the Anglican Church or of a Protestant denomination. (d) Various consequential amendments and related matters. The promoter of the Bill is the St. Peter's School Trust Board.
