Dissolution of Partnership Whereas John Leigh Denfield and Sharon Joy Denfield, entered into a partnership on or about the 1st day of July 1987. Take notice that Sharon Joy Denfield is withdrawing from the partnership and the partnership is to be dissolved. Dissolution of partnership took effect from the 16th day of September 1996, at which time all assets and liabilities of the partnership were realised and divided.
