Phillips Fox Solicitors Nominee Company Limited, Phillips Shayle-George Nominees Petone Limited, Phillips Shayle-George Nominees Limited and Nicholson Gribbin Nominees Limited (``the amalgamating companies'') propose to amalgamate into one company, namely Phillips Fox Solicitors Nominee Company Limited Notice of Proposed Amalgamation Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any member or creditor of the amalgamating companies at the registered office of the amalgamating companies which is Phillips Fox, Solicitors, Seventh Floor, Tower Building, 5064 Customhouse Quay, Wellington. Any member or creditor of the amalgmating companies is, upon request, entitled to a copy of the amalgamation proposal free of charge.
