Notice Pursuant to Section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an order of the High Court at Christchurch (NP. 2147/95) the easement created by transfer 387058 over the land comprised in certificate of title 40A/973 shall be extinguished in so far as it is appurtenant to certificates of title 6D/716, 6D/717, 6D/718, 6D/719, 6D/720, 7B/1030, 36D/1256 and 36D/1257 one calendar month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
