Amending a Notice Declaring Road Stopped and Vested in the District of Marlborough Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson, hereby amends the notice dated the 31st day of May 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 June 1996, No. 57 at page 1474, declaring road to be stopped and stopped road vested in the District of Marlborough by omitting the following from the paragraph headed (b): ``subject to memorandum of mortgage 171335.3'' Dated at Nelson this 15th day of November 1996.
