Change of Purpose of a Local Purpose Reserve Te Puna Quarry Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from local purpose (quarry) to local purpose (community purposes) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act. Schedule South Auckland Land District Western Bay of Plenty District 32.6201, hectares, more or less, being Allotment 238, Te Puna Parish, situated in Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District.
