Land in Waipa District Acquired for the Purposes of a Road Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired, subject to the right of way contained in memorandum of transfer H. 597574.1, for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 8753 square metres, being part Lot 26, D.P. 172; as shown marked ``I'' on S.O. Plan 60405, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
