Change of Classification of a Reserve Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Department of Conservation in the Southland Conservancy, hereby changes the classification of the land described in the Schedule, from a local purpose reserve (site for an athenaeum and council offices) to local purpose reserve (community centre), subject to the provisions of section 23 of the said Act.
