Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes, Brixton Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, hereby amends the declaration published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 July 1996, No. 73, page 1832, by omitting the words: ``declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is set apart for railway purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette'' and substituting the following: ``declares that the land first described in the Schedule hereto, is set apart for railway purposes and shall vest in the Crown and that the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto, is set apart for railway purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown, on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette'' and further by omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule: ``Schedule Taranaki Land District New Plymouth District Area m Being 4200 Part Lot 1, D.P. 18913, being the balance of deeds index 11/471. 1633 Part Lot 1, D.P. 18913, being part of deeds index 11/477''.
