Amending a Notice Transferring Unformed Legal Road in the Clutha District Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 19th day of July 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 August 1996, No. 78, page 2030, declaring that the unformed legal road be transferred to the Crown, by omitting from the area firstly described all reference to S.O. Plan 21688 and substituting it with S.O. Plan 23483. Dated at Dunedin this 9th day of August 1996.
