Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Magnet Bay Scenic Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further declares the land to form part of the Magnet Bay Scenic Reserve.
