Classification and Naming of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Wekaweka Scenic Reserve. Schedule North Auckland Land District Far North District 178.2158 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 170247 and Section 8, Block XV, Waoku Survey District, all situated in Blocks XV and XVI, Waoku Survey District.
