Road Re-Alignment (State Highway No. 3) Scowns Hill, South Taranaki Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares: (a) Pursuant to sections 20 (1), 52 (1) and 114 (1), the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown. (b) Pursuant to section 119 (1), the area described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be taken. (c) Pursuant to section 116 (1), the areas described in the Third and Fourth Schedules hereto, to be stopped. (d) Pursuant to sections 117 (3), 119 (2) and 120 (1): (i) The stopped road described in the Third Schedule, now known as Section 1, S.O. 13460, to be vested in Maurice John Le Prou as to a 1/4 share, Robyn Dorothy Le Prou as to a 1/4 share, Michael John Stevenson as to a 1/8 share, Barbara Jane Stevenson as to a 1/8 share, Mark Ian Stevenson as to an 1/8 share and Patricia Margaret Stevenson as to a 1/8 share, all as tenants in common and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume E4, folio 333, subject to certificate 190702, memorandum of mortgage 394068.3 and caveat 427247. (ii) The severance described in Second Schedule and the stopped road described in the Fourth Schedule, now known as Section 1, S.O. 13459, to be vested in Garth Raymond Scown and Stephanie Anne Scown and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title B4/1340, subject to certificate 190702 and memorandum of mortgage 390436.5.
