Land Acquired for a State Primary School in Grey District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a State primary school and shall vest in the Crown on the 30th day of May 1996.
