Land Acquired for the Purposes of a State School in Waikato District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to section 11 of the Waikato Raupatu Claims Settlement Act 1995, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a State school and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 1012 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 34043, and being part of Allotment 313, Parish of Taupiri. All certificate of title, Volume 877, folio 71.
