Road to be Stopped and Land Taken for Severance in Westland District Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika: (a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the First Schedule to be stopped and further declares that: (1) The area marked ``BJ'' shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3A/861, subject to memorandum of mortgage 071354.2 (Westland Registry). (2) The area marked ``BO'' shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3A/981, subject to memorandum of mortgage 071354.2 (Westland Registry). (2) The area marked ``BI'' shall be dealt with as Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
