(3) The area marked ``DN'' shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 8B/618, subject to memorandum of mortgage 101842.3 (Westland Registry). (4) The area marked ``DV'' shall be dealt with as stewardship land administered by the Department of Conservation. (c) Pursuant to section 119, declares that the land described in the Third Schedule be taken for severance and dealt with as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
